In the presence of the guest of honor, Ms. Josephine Teo, Minister of Communications and Information and Second Minister of the Interior. One of the most important aspects of the Yellow Ribbon Awards is that they celebrate the achievements of the community in building a more inclusive society. With the theme "We are everyone's second chance", the event rewards individuals and organizations to celebrate their journey of success, collaboration and second chances.
Our Human Resources Manager, Madhavan Charles, was awarded in the "Workplace Advocates" category at the event. Charles is a strong supporter and advocate of the importance of giving second chances and ensuring equal treatment and respect for ex-offenders, and works hard to provide opportunities for ex-offenders wherever possible.
