Rôle
We are looking for a Laboratory IT project manager in order to join in permanent contract our
Life Sciences activities, in the canton of Vaud.
Role: In order to bring your expertise to our client about digital laboratory informatics applications, systems and data management and their deployment, you will have to :
- Define the Lab IT project framework, the dealdlines, the budget, the resources and study the risks and opportunities (ex: lab applications such as Empower, NuGenesis …)
- Get ahead of the discussions through a pro-active and organized approach
- Translate business requirements into IT capabilities
- Conduct a permanent high-quality review on time, quality and resources (incl. budget) and report to management
- Coordinate with all stakeholders within all levels of the company
- Manage third party vendors
Profil
- Engineer or university degree in Life science with IT background OR IT degree with strong experience in laboratory informatics applications
- + 5 years of experience in complex and large scale project management
- Understanding business requirements and IT development lifecycle in GLP regulatory environment
- Experience of project management, certification is a strong advantage
- Experience in integration of some of these tools: ERP, MES, SDM, LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, SDMS, SDM
- Knowledge of CSV is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Lab IT vendor market
- At ease with communication and coordination with heterogenous group of business lines
- Self-Managed, stress resistant, adapting and adopting to the requirements
- Positive and motivator mind, assertivity and sense of tact
- Able to be detail-oriented on technical matters and synthetic in your report to high level management
- Fluent french and english
