Martial – Practice Leader

I joined Antaes 12 years ago as a project manager, first in the coffee industry, then in telecom. Beyond the variety and interest of the missions within clients with very diverse corporate cultures, it is first of all the culture and spirit of the Antaes company itself that seduced me, with a pleasant mix of professionalism, mutual aid, the camaraderie between consultants at the same client, and conviviality (I still remember very well wine tasting evenings or cooking classes).

After another professional adventure, I decided 2 years ago to come back to Antaes, and I found the same qualities I had liked there; the company has meanwhile experienced significant growth but has kept its soul.  I even had the opportunity a few months ago to become a Practice Leader and it is with pleasure that I lead a group of project managers and business analysts in the Lake Leman area. I am sure that many new opportunities are still ahead of me and I am delighted to be back in this company that brings me so much.
