A Workshop « Well-being at work” for Antaes Asia
On Thursday 25th April, Antaes Asia consultants discovered and practised a few exercises to decrease stress , increase positivity and productivity daily.
Johanna from Outta Hatha, our speaker of the day, shared with us her knowledge on Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation. And how those 3 concepts could be used to achieve well-being at work and in our life’s.
After this pleasant presentation and short mediation, Johanna stayed during lunch-time to answer questions of those who wanted to dig deeper in the subject.
We all went back to our busy life with some precious tools to apply in our routine.
